Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs boneless chuck cut to 1 ½ inch cubes(can use pre cut cubed meat of choice)
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes with chiles, do not drain (rotel)
- 3 carrots cut to 1 inch pieces
- 3 celery cut to 1 inch pieces
- 1 onion cut to 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb small red potatoes, halved
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T quick cook tapioca
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts -These are good for Crunch
- ¼ t Pepper
- 1 T Salt
- ¼ Cup red wine
- Broth to cover
How to:
Add all ingredients to baking dish, gently stir to combine. DO not brown meat. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours, do not stir! alternatively this can be put on crock pot on low minimum 8 hours.
