Wonderfully juicy wings for any time of the year!
- 2lbs wings (thawed)
- 2 lbs mini potatoes(fingerlings)
- BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, mix together, set half aside
- 1/4c olive oil, separated in half
Preheat air fryer at 400. Pat dry wings place in bowl add dry seasonings and olive oil and stir so wings are coated. Place wings in pan single layer, bake 10 min then flip and bake 6 min, remove and put in bowl and coat with BBQ sauce, place back on single layer 2 min then enjoy!
While wings are cooking toss mini potatoes in olive oil and seasoning mixture you set aside, microwave 5 min, serve with wings!
***Can be made in oven: increase cook time to 15 min then 10 min then broil on high 2-3 min to set sauce.
