
Steam-Baked Butternut Squash
Easy-peasy, quick, and delectable!
Ingredients:
- Butternut squash
- Dressings such as:
- Butter or coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon
Equipment:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Baking pan
- Tongs
How to:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Halve the squash. Scoop out the seeds and fibers.
Place open side down in baking pan. Fill about 1/2 inch deep with water. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, turn each half over using the tongs, and dress. Return to oven. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Steaming, tender goodness!
