spicy black bean dip
Nutritious, plant-based, and couldn’t be easier! Makes a perfect amount for a party.
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chiles, not drained
- 1/2 cup coarse lay chopped onion (can be yellow, white, red or sweet)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Cutting board
- Can opener
- Food processor
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
