spicy black bean dip

Nutritious, plant-based, and couldn’t be easier! Makes a perfect amount for a party.


  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chiles, not drained
  • 1/2 cup coarse lay chopped onion (can be yellow, white, red or sweet)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Can opener
  • Food processor

How to:

  • Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
