    Fish Tacos

    1 lb wild alaskan cod
    cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chile powder, lemon pepper to taste
    TB olive oil or coconut oil
    corn tortillas
    sliced avocado
    lettuce or cabbage, shredded
    salsa
    black beans

    Sprinkle fish with seasonings and oil, then grill on aluminum foil or bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes until cooked through and fish is opaque.

    Serve on warm corn tortillas with all the fixings at the table. Nice with a fruit salad or green salad.
