I don't take any pharmaceuticals except LDN and metoprolol ( for high blood pressure) . I do take a bunch of vitamin supplements. I take some C, some D, a B-12. and a B complex. i also take some calcium/magnesium, some CoQ-10 and some omega 3.
I see it's not important to some on this site to write down the dosages that they take. I don't understand why some posters don't take the time to write out the dosages. That would be a great help.
