When the only information you post is what you did, I don't want to go back to previous weeks to see what your goal was and have to determine whether you met it or not. I like to post my success, or lack or it, in the title line, but, anywhere easy to find in your post is fine.

I don't always feel motivated to look for exercise tips. Feel free to add one, if you wish. Pats on the back if you changed your goal to something that you decided is more appropriate for you. An appropriate goal can motivate you to keep trying.
