    Massage gun therapy

I've been going to physical therapy to try to strengthen my muscles and set up a routine that I can do at home with my caregiver. He used a massage gun to stimulate/activate my muscles to do certain exercises and suggested that I might want to look into purchasing one for myself. Has anyone used such a device? Thanks for any advice.

Hi nkh18. I don't own one, but my chiro uses one on me. I love it! I heard that they are expensive and it's best not to buy a cheaper brand, from what I've been told.

I have one and I LOVE it. It really does a good job. It keeps me from getting to spastic if I use it regularly. I highly recommend buying a good quality one. I got mine from Costco.
