So I'm female 31 and have been having problems since birth of my son who just turned 3. It started with fatigue that just makes me never want out of bed. I also had the heavy legs and falling. Night Sweats when i'm a person who is comfortable in 80 degrees normally.
So for 2.5 years went to PCP who told me it was a relapse of mono 10 years later??? Which I didn't buy but figured I'd try the meds anyway. Over and over again like 7 times. Every time it was its a mono relapse. Then my daughter was born c-sec. Took it extra slow thinking it was my fault I over did it before. The fatigue was even worse. The house could have burned down I didn't care.
So then I went back to the doc refused the mono dx and asked for hormones to be checked. Turns out i make less than .05% progesterone. Thinks I need to wait to see if its menopause since I'm still having periods but a lot of symptoms match that so i wait. While I'm waiting for the magic menopause fairy to come down and bestow me with her hatred. I start to have double vision. ITs vertical and only for two minutes or so along with blurry vision same amount of time.
Then a few weeks later my left side becomes numb. I have problems walking from time to time. Mainly its the worst in my left hand and foot. I have had problems opening with that hand from time to time but now its really bad. It comes and goes in severity. I also have depth perception problems because of it. The left eye has hurt off and on nothing really bad just kinda aches.
Now 2 weeks from the numb feeling it has also increased in arm and leg and the girlie parts only on the left. Yes even inside! I have seen the Neuro 2 weeks ago. So far i have some slight inflammation to left optic nerve, lack of signal to right eye. I have a few foci lesions but they aren't classic MS more like stroke or migraine he said in upper front. I'm waiting on blood work and a spinal MRI to come back so waiting. Just wondering what could this be and if anyone else has had this happen?
