Tremors
My tremors are bad today. I had my Avonex shot last night so it is more pronounced than usual. Typing is difficult with my occasional hand spasms as well.
My legs occasionally tremor and and sometimes my body locks up and tremors. I try to relax into it until it passes. If I try to fight it my body hurts.
