Isn't it funny how the cog fog doesn't interfere with remembering every word of every song from our youth, as well as where we first heard the song, who we were with, what we were doing...

but can't remember what I had for dinner last night!

It's a testament to how great the music was "back then".

I have a BIG sign on the female's dog food to remind me to put the doggy gate up so the male doesn't eat all her food after his. But remember the words to every song from 4 decades ago. James Taylor used to give a concert in clothes you would wear to Walmart. The only special effects I remember (at later times) were people holding up their lit lighters. Last time I heard a Jimi Hendrix song I finally realized why it bothered my Mom! Hey , at the time , he was Far Out , man. Even Strawberry Alarm Clock was just flat out Groovy. Back then rap artists were called auctioneers. And like MSworld they had class , weren't allowed to cuss. (didn't like auctioneers either)
