Just Sharing Cuz I'm Excited and Proud!!

    Hello all

I just felt like sharing because I am so proud of myself but I don't want to sound conceited. I was diagnosed with MS over a year ago. Since I have been diagnosed, I still have managed to finish most of my goals I set for myself...my Bachelors Degree, make E-7 which I pin-on 1 Oct (I'm active duty Air Force) and for me all that's left is to hit my 20 year mark if possible. Yes the disease has slowed me down some, but I try not to let it stop me if possible.

    Copaxone May 2010 - April 2011; Tysabri May 2011 - Present

    Good Job

Keep it up, you certainly have bragging rights. I was on Tysabri for 3 yrs. and then switced to copaxone exactly 1 yr. ago. Now I feel awful and am currently on "solumedrol" for pins/needles/burning in my heels. I felt great on Tysabri. Is the risk of PML still prominent or has it slowly fallen to the wayside? Just curious. Thanks

Thank you all!!! My degree is in Computer Operations, I'm just hoping I will be able to use it once I get out of the military. Even if I can't use it, at least I met my goal and was able to receive it!!!
