Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2/3 cups peanut butter chips
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Place about 40 paper-lined foil baking cups {2-inches in diameter} on cookie sheets.
3 In large bowl, stir together cocoa and oil until smooth; stir in sugar.
4 Beat in eggs and vanilla; stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
5 Stir in 1 cup peanut butter chips, reserving 2/3 cup.
6 Drop mixture by round Tablespoonfuls into baking cups; bake 15 to 18 minutes or just until set.
7 Remove from oven; immediately place 6 reserved peanut butter chips on center of each brownie.
8 Let stand several minutes; swirl melted chips with knife.
