Ingredients
No stick corn oil cooking spray
2 Tablespoons corn oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 medium potatoes, unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick (about 1 pound)
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1 Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray.
2 In small bowl, combine corn oil and garlic.
3 Arrange potato slices on baking sheet.
4 Brush with corn oil mixture.
5 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
6 Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
