Ingredients
2. Tablespoons chopped celery
2. Tablespoons. chopped onion
4-1/2. teaspoons. flour
Dash salt
1/2. cup milk
2. Tablespoons. smooth peanut butter
1. cup Soup Stock (see recipe)
Directions
1. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan.
2. Add celery and onion; sàute' 5 minutes.
3. Blend in flour and salt.
4. Remove from heat; gradually add milk.
5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
6. Cook 2 additional minutes.
7. Stir in stock.
8. Heat to serving temperature.
9. Do not boil.
