Ingredients
3/4 cup butter flavor shortening
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1 Combine shortening, peanut butter, sugar, and marshmallow cream in large bowl.
2 Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
3 Beat in egg and vanilla.
4 Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
5 Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.
6 Drop rounded Tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
7 Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
