Ingredients
1 cup butter-flavor shortening
1-1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
1 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Combine shortening, peanut butter, and sugar in large bowl.
3 Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
4 Beat in eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla.
5 Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended.
6 Stir in nuts.
7 Drop round Tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
8 Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom.
