    Pasta with Beef and Vegetable Sauce

    Ingredients
    8 ounces cooked mostaccioli
    26-ounce jar pasta sauce
    1 cup light OR heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    shredded mozzarella cheese
    chopped fresh parsley, optional

    Directions
    1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2 In large bowl, combine mostaccioli, pasta sauce, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
    3 Turn into 12x7-inch baking dish.
    4 Cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot.
    5 Top with mozzarella cheese and parsley, if desired.
    6 Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    MAKES 4 to 6 servings
