Ingredients
10-3/4 ounce can condensed chicken broth
1 cup rice
1 cup water
8 ounce can pizza sauce {3/4 cup}
3- to 4-ounce package sliced pepperoni
4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
1 Combine chicken broth, rice, water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushroom pieces, and onion in 10 inch skillet.
2 Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
3 Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
4 Stir in green pepper; remove from heat.
5 Let stand covered 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
6 Sprinkle with cheese.
