    Moist and Minty Brownies

    Ingredients
    1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 Tablespoons water
    10-ounce package mint flavored semisweet chocolate morsels, divided
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 eggs

    Directions
    1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2 In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
    3 In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and water.
    4 Bring just to a boil; remove from heat.
    5 Add 1 cup morsels and vanilla extract; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
    6 Transfer to large mixer bowl.
    7 Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    8 Stir in flour mixture and remaining morsels.
    9 Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    10 Bake 25 to 35 minutes, just until center is set.
    11 Cut into 2-1/4 inch squares.

    MAKES 16 brownies
