    Microwave Meat Loaf

    Ingredients
    10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom OR tomato soup
    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup water

    Directions
    1 In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, egg, and pepper.
    2 In microwave-safe baking dish, firmly shape meat mixture into 8x4-inch loaf.
    3 Cover with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH 15 minutes or until firm in center.
    4 Spoon off 2 Tablespoons drippings; reserve.
    5 In small microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining soup, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, water, and reserved drippings.
    6 Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute.
    7 Serve sauce with meat loaf.
