    Mexican Corn Medley

    Ingredients
    10-ounce package frozen corn in butter sauce
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped

    Directions
    1 Cook corn pouch according to package directions.
    2 In medium skillet, simmer zucchini and onion in water until water is reduced.
    3 Stir in olives, chili powder, tomato, and cooked corn.
    4 Cook until thoroughly heated.

    MAKES 4 to 5 servings
