    Louisiana Seafood Saute'

    Ingredients
    1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 cup green pepper, cut in strips
    1 cup diagonally sliced celery
    1-3/4 cup chunky spaghetti sauce
    1 cup frozen sliced okra
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1/4 pound shelled and deveined medium shrimp
    Hot cooked rice

    Directions
    1 In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook green pepper and celery until tender.
    2 Add spaghetti sauce, okra, thyme, and crushed red pepper.
    3 Heat to boiling.
    4 Reduce heat to low.
    5 Cover; simmer 5 minutes OR until okra is just tender.
    6 Add shrimp.
    7 Cover; simmer 5 minutes more OR until shrimp turns pink.
    8 Serve over hot cooked rice.

    MAKES 4 servings
