Ingredients
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 Tablespoons sugar, optional
4 cups blueberries, washed and drained
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
1-1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1 For crust, put 1-1/2 cups flour, salt, butter, sour cream, and 2 Tablespoons sugar into food processor.
2 Process until dough forms into a ball.
3 Pat dough into buttered pie tin.
4 Prick with a fork all over.
5 Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
6 Let cool.
7 Mix remaining sugar and flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
8 Stir in blueberries.
9 Pour mixture into pie crust and dot with 1 Tablespoon butter.
10 Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes.
