Ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef
3 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
15-ounce container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/4 cup water
Directions
1 In large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef thoroughly, stirring to separate meat.
2 Spoon off fat.
3 Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through.
4 In medium bowl, stir together ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
5 In 12x8-inch baking dish, spread 1-1/2 cups meat sauce.
6 Top with 3 noodles and half of cheese mixture.
7 Repeat layers.
8 Top with remaining meat sauce.
9 Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish.
10 Cover tightly with foil.
11 Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
12 Uncover; bake 10 minutes more.
