Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups sifted, all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Grease and flour two 7-1/2x3-1/2x2-1/4-inch loaf pans.
3 In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4 Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5 Stir in banana and sour cream.
6 Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture.
7 Mix well.
8 Fold in pecans and morsels.
9 Pour into prepared pans.
10 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tested inserted in center comes out clean.
11 Serve warm.
