Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 to 4 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup peanut butter
Directions
1 In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cocoa and margarine until smooth.
2 Gradually beat in sugar alternately with milk and vanilla.
3 Beat in peanut butter until frosting is fluffy.
MAKES about 2 cups or enough to frost 24 cupcakes
