    Chipper Fillets

    Ingredients
    2 pounds fish fillets, fresh OR frozen
    1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
    1 cup crushed potato chips

    Directions
    1 Thaw frozen fillets.
    2 Remove any skin and bones.
    3 Cut fillets into 6 portions.
    4 Dip fish in salad dressing.
    5 Place fillets in single layer with thicker portions to outside of a bake-and-serve platter.
    6 Combine crushed chips and cheese.
    7 Sprinkle over fish.
    8 Cook 8 to 10 minutes on HIGH or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning once during cooking.

    MAKES 6 servings
