Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
28-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 cups sliced zucchini, optional
12 ounces spaghetti
Directions
1 Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Combine, ground beef, oats, onion, parsley, basil, garlic, and pepper; shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
3 Place on rack in shallow baking pan; bake 12 to 14 minutes or until browned.
4 In large skillet, combine spaghetti sauce and zucchini.
5 Bring to a boil.
6 Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
7 Add meatballs; simmer 5 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.
8 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
9 Serve with sauce.
