Ingredients
2 cups frozen cut broccoli
2 Tablespoons oil
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2x1-inch strips
10-3/4 ounce can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 Tablespoons chopped pimiento
Hot cooked rice
Directions
1 Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain.
2 In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, stir-fry chicken until browned.
3 Stir in soup, milk, cheese, mustard, pimiento and cooked broccoli.
4 Heat to boiling.
5 Reduce heat to low.
6 Cover; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7 Serve over rice.
