Ingredients
2 medium Pippin apples, cored and wedged
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 grapefruit, peeled, sliced and halved
2 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
lettuce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
generous dash cayenne pepper
Directions
1 Arrange apple edges, orange slices, grapefruit pieces and kiwi slices on lettuce-lined platter.
2 In small container with tight -fitting lid, combine lime juice, honey, vegetable oil, salt and cayenne pepper.
3 Shake to mix well.
4 Pass dressing with salad.
