    Power breakfast GF DF but not vegan

    I´ve been buying bunches of broccoli-rabe, chopping them up, 4 stalks at a time, and putting the greens in small ziplock baggies in the freezer.

    Then, each AM, olive oil in nonstick pan, one egg, add greens, low heat, LID on top of pan to steam the veggies while the egg cooks.

    Protein and fiber with NO simple carbs.
