1 can wild sockeye salmon (with liquid)
1 egg
1/2 c breadcrumbs
lemon pepper and dill to taste, add a drop or two of hot sauce if you like.
Mash up the salmon until liquid and bones are completely incorporated and salmon is a uniform texture.
Add rest of ingredients until incorporated.
Heat olive oil on griddle or heavy fry pan.
Form 5 patties. Saute on each side until brown.
Serve with choice of side dishes. We had potatoes, Brussels sprouts and green beans with the salmon tonight.
