These are some good juice and smoothie recipes I love! All recipes make 16 oz drinks. For juices, I don't peel anything before juicing. For smoothies, freezing the fruit eliminates need for ice (at least for me). Enjoy!
JUICES
Hot off the Press
2 large carrots
2 medium sized red apples, quartered
One medium sized beet, cut into chunks
1/4 lemon
Inch sized piece of ginger root
Kale Kiwi Apple
2 stalks lacinato (aka alligator) kale
2 medium sized green apples, quartered
2 kiwis, halved
1/4 lime
Green Dream
1 ounce of wheatgrass juice (I buy frozen)
2 medium sized green apples, quartered
2 medium sized cucumbers, cut into chunks
1/2 lime
SMOOTHIES
Maui Crush
4 oz banana
4 oz mango
8 oz pineapple juice
1 scoop whey protein powder (I use vanilla flavor)
*Note: Any protein powder you want would work*
