Can Be Frozen
Ingredients
2 pounds round steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup spicy sweet French dressing, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups water
1 {1-1/4oz} package sour cream sauce mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 {3oz} can mushrooms slices, drained
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Hot Cooked Noodles
Directions
1-Brown steak strips in 1/4 cup of the French dressing.
2-Add onion and cook until onion is tender.
3-Combine water and remaining dressing; add sauce mix and stir until smooth; Add to meat strips.
4-Stir n celery, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce.
5-Cover pan and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
6-Serve over noodles.
Yield: 6 servings
