    Peach-Orange Marmalade

    Ingredients
    5 cups finely chopped or ground Peaches (about 4 pounds)
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    6 cups sugar

    Directions
    1-Sort and wash fully ripe peaches.
    2-Remove stems, skins and pits.
    3-Finely chop or grind the peaches.
    4-Remove peel and white portion and seeds from oranges.
    5-Finely chop or grind the pulp.
    6-Measure the prepared fruit into kettle.
    7-Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    8-Boil rapidly, stir constantly to 220 degrees F until mixture thickens.
    9-Process 15 minutes in hot bath at simmering temperature.

    MAKES about 6 half-pint jars.
