Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried leaf thyme
2 cans (6.5 to 7 oz ea) tuna in vegetable oil
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
4 oz (1/2 of 8oz pkg) medium noodles, cooked according to pkg directions
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup milk
Directions
1-In large skillet melt butter.
2-Add onion and parsley, cook until onion is tender.
3-Remove from heat; Stir in remaining ingredients.
4-Turn into 2-quart baking dish.
5-Bake uncovered in 350 degree F oven 50 minutes or until set.
6-Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
