This easy recipe is great when it's hot out and you don't want to use your oven. Kids love to help make this one too 
1 c sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter (preferably crunchy style)
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tsp.vanilla
In medium saucepan, mix together sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter. Bring to boil over med. heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Don't stir too long! Drop by Tbls. onto foil or waxed paper to cool. Makes about 18.
