I did a search on protein powder in this forum and in one thread, Tara suggests good protein sources. These included whey protein. However, as I am doing the OMS Jelinek diet, whey is out with all other dairy.
So I have been using hemp protein powder. Any reason not to continue with this particular powder and if so can you please suggest another that is not whey?
