    I eat at least 3-4 diff. fruits evry day...blueberries, blk berries, cherries, red grapes, apples, sometimes raspberries always fresh.

    I eat cucumbers(hot house/or English) and tomatoes(on the vine) almost everyday. I only put a splash of 1% milk(hormone free) in my cup of tea evry morning.

    I do it natural yogurt for breakfast. I ocassionally eat chicken or turkey.....some fish usually cod or sole. My mom is really good about giving me dinners as i live alone and tend not to cook.

    I know my caloric intake total isnt very high and probably explains my dramatic weight loss. I do take sublingual B12 supps evry day and I am thinking about introducing Vit. D

    I have heard that Magniesium will help with bowel probs???? I just tired of taking pills!!
