I don't take Beta Glucan per se, but I do use medicinal mushrooms which are naturally high in Beta Glucans.
I haven't noticed any difference, but most of the things I take for my MS don't cause any obvious changes (for good or ill). I take them because there's evidence that they may help slow progression, which is not the same thing as providing symptomatic relief.
