    Nutritional yeast?

Does anyone use nutritional yeast? On what?
    What are the benefits?

I've used nutritional yeast for many years. I stir it into soups and gravies, sprinkle it on veggies and popcorn.

It's an excellent source of B vitamins, which is why most people use it. It has the full spectrum except for B12, but you can get brands that have B12 added (of particular concern if you're a vegan).

Red Star Nutritional Yeast Vegetarian Support Formula is what I use; my whole foods store sells it in bulk. It does not need to be refrigerated.

Hah! Maybe this is how to get the B's safely!

Sequoia ~ Do you take an additional vitamin B supplement or just the nutritional yeast?

      I'm not perfect....just forgiven!

I use nutritional yeast in cooking, but not a lot of it and not every day. I also take a liquid whole food B complex called Max Stress B.

I don't get yellow urine from either, but I certainly did back when I was taking a multi with synthetic B vitamins.
