    How much DHA and EPA should be in fish oil to be of help?

    You know I have been on page with ~300-500mg/day of EPA DHA. I conferenced this past weekend and we were discussing insulin, cortisol, diabetic phenomenons: which include neuropathies..... and that number seems to be increasing. Even some protocols of 2,000-4,000/day.
    Now that said, if you burp any fish taste--you're not digesting it properly...wasted money.
    So first it has to be digested and with neurology situations I think increasing to at least a gram/day maybe up to 2g/day.
    Its completely safe. I'm going to be increasing some neurological pts. and I will let you'all know if we have any positive benefits.
