I just got “Living Cookbook 08” and it seems fairly good, nothing wow and does not fit my full needs.
It has all the USDA info on ingredients and combines them for recipes, but can’t add info like (IF-Inflammation Factor), antioxidants/ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) count, Fullness Factor, LDL/HDL, gut health, etc. etc.
It looks like the nutrition software out there are for fitness nuts, focused on daily exercise and nutrient tracking.
Where as I’m focusing of creating tasty and health recipes and not tracking every days outcome, just want to easily see stuff like by adding this spice I will increase the IF and ORAC of the recipe by so much.
With so many softwares out there if Tara or anybody could point me to the best one it would be greatly appreciated.
