    diet and foods

    hi.....i was wondering how some people eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. i am having a lot of problems with my ms and trying to figure out what i should be eating and what not to eat. thank you so much

    Overall, the American Heart Association and Mediterranean Diets are both good. Personally, I am a fan of anti-inflammatory diets and obtaining nutrition from foods and not pills.

    I would beware of any diets that are not well-balanced or so extreme you would not be able to comply with it. I know there are a lot of fad diets that people use. Many of the diets are variants of other diets just tweaked 'enough' to earn the author's money.

      I only try to limit the carbs.

      #1 I lost weight that way

        A good rule of thumb is really just less junk and less processed food and more whole foods, fruits, vegetables, etc.
