Pressing some tumeric capsules and will be doing some magnesium glycinate since the magnesium oxide supposedly doesnt absorb so it is not helping with your d absorbtion.

Nothing that accurate, just figuring out amount per tablespoon and then dividing by 24.
I definitely wouldn't do this with anything requiring exact measurements, but it is better than eating tumeric straight up or spirulina, that stuff is nasty.1995-symptoms with no cause
