    Here we go!

When I was first dxd, I weighed in at 240; I am 5'9 and female. The first neuro I saw told me my diabetes would kill me before the MS would or even could. Well, I dropped down to 155 with Weight Watchers and exercise. It took about 2 years because of the little energy I had. Today, I am back up to almost 180, and my disease has progressed and now, the doctor thinks I have Myasthenia Gravis, which is basically chronic abrasive fatigue. I need to get those 25lbs off, and I know Weight Watchers and walking are the ways, but why is it so hard. My A1C is 6.7, which to me, is too high. Oh yea, I am 41 with three adult kids. Any ideas on how to jump start me again?

I have the same problem with keeping my weight off and stable. I am going the DF/GF and mostly vegetarian route. That's my 'New Years' resolution! Good luck with yours.
