    On-line shopping?

OKAY! Switched to an MS friendly diet (check).
Eliminated all the bad stuff, replaced with good stuff (check).
Grocery store prices/even Food Co-op prices (yuck)!

Sooo, I'm feeling my way through ordering on-line...shipping
fees (yuck)! Reassessing asset allocations (do-able). What
would be helpful here is some insider information in regards to:

    1) Who's got the best prices?
    2) Who's the most shipping fee friendly?
    3) Who is the "go to" source for speciality items? (think
    designer colored quinoa, here)

Perhaps, since this is a nutrition/supplement forum, a source
list in the form of a thread, or sticky? Please pardon me
in such a thing is already in existence, I'm relatively new
to this one. Just something, somewhere handy, and easy
    to find? With member ratings?

Just throwing it out there....new ones, learning from veterans, you know.

Source List....... with a user/member ratings system.....
    on this forum....readily accessible.....need one.....
    could we make one????

    Thanks for your help!

For vitamins/supplements, I use iHerb.com. Prices are good, shipping is free, and I like that they put the pull date on each item.

For food, I go to Amazon.com. Shipping is free there, too.

I don't mind paying the prices at my local natural food co-op, though. I'm an active member there, and I know how important the store is to the community.
