Beta glucan?

I never used to get colds, flu, etc. Never had a flu shot and don't want to start now. It seems like I catch everything that floats and can't get rid of it. I used to take echinacea but I guess that's out of the question now. Is it safe for me to try this supplement?

I don't have experience w Beta Glucan as a supplement.

I don't have any suppliers that isolate it and manufacturer it for sale.
Which says to me; its not stable and valid as a supplement. Its too big to survive digestion.

It sounds incredible; if it was valid I know my USP grade manufacturers would be producing it.

Unlike you , I always got every flu all winter every year until I took my first flu shot @ 43 yrs old. Have not missed a flu shot since. Might consider it. Best wishes.
