    Goalposters exercise check in 03-14-2024

Well . . . , we didn't seem to come to a conclusion about our recent discussion regarding a new name and format, so I'll start our weekly thread.

Maybe I'll leave 02-22-2024 in Stickies, since it has our discussion.

    I made my goals.

    Hi Mamabug!

Glad for you that you achieved your goals.

I've been sick so haven't been moving around much.

Viruses really spread around in a nursing home!

    No covid, thankfully.

Looking forward to my getting stronger soon.

Hope we all have a great week!

PS I'm still trying to think of ideas for our new topic / sub-forum.

Hi Mamabug. Happy you had the chance to get S. Sneakers trips in along with the routines at home.

      I'll look for the 'sticky'

The last 2 weeks have been up and down, not drastic variations but enough to notice... though I haven't any explanation for the differences. So it goes with MS.

I've maintained all routines and added the squats mentioned a few threads back. Only 25 reps @ 3x a week but the balance required makes the routine harder but should reap dividends. We will see.

Hi KoKo. Thought you may be facing some adversity, glad it's treatable if not avoidable. Hope strength returns soon!

As to your ideas, let's look for the sticky mentioned and reply there.

Would enjoy your thoughts on my back-and-forth with Mamabug.
